The invention discloses a preparation method of magnesium-doped hydroxyapatite drug-carrying microspheres. Using calcium-rich shells as the main raw material, magnesium-doped hydroxyapatite microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis technology combined with sodium citrate chelating agent and loaded with anti-tumor and repairing drugs. The obtained microspheres have a small spherical size (2-3 μm), and their porous structure can ensure a large drug loading rate, and at the same time have good biocompatibility, bone growth induction, sustained drug release and pH responsiveness, The drug-loaded microspheres can maintain good drug properties and function, and can be used for drug delivery and bone defect repair. The overall preparation method of the invention is simple, the source of raw materials is wide, the cost is low, and it is easy to popularize, and is expected to become a new type of drug delivery and bone repair material. |
