abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a patterned lithium metal-containing negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery. The negative electrode for a lithium secondary battery manufactured according to the present invention can improve the safety of the lithium secondary battery by uniformizing the electron distribution in the lithium electrode and thereby preventing the growth of lithium dendrites during operation of the lithium secondary battery. In addition, the volume expansion of the battery can be prevented by inducing lithium dendrites to form in the voids formed by the patterning of lithium metal. |
