titleOfInvention | 15-ketosterol compound and preparation method thereof |
abstract | Provided is a method for the preparation of a compound having an oxo group specifically introduced at the 15-position of the steroid backbone and used as an intermediate, with high yield and without complicated steps. The compound represented by the formula (2) is reacted with an oxidizing agent (eg, a hypervalent iodide) and a co-oxidizing agent (eg, a peroxide) to obtain a 15-ketosterol compound represented by the formula (1), which is used as an intermediate : wherein R 1 to R 3 are the same or different and represent a halogen atom, an alkyl group, a haloalkyl group, an alkoxy group or a haloalkoxy group, and R 4 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an acyl group or an alkoxycarbonyl group , R 5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an acyl group, R 6 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group or a sulfonyl group, and X represents an oxygen atom (O) or a methylene group (CH 2 ). |
