titleOfInvention | Complete sgRNA for specifically recognizing porcine CD13 gene, and coding DNA, kit and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a set of sgRNA for specifically identifying a pig CD13 gene, and coding DNA, a kit and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of genetic engineering. The sgRNA set comprises sgRNA-L-1 and sgRNA-R-2, wherein the sgRNA-L-1 contains a sequence which is responsible for recognizing a target fragment and is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1; the sgRNA-R-2 contains a sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.2 which is responsible for recognizing the target fragment. The set of sgRNA specifically recognizes a second exon of a pig CD13 gene, can effectively reduce off-target phenomenon caused by a CRISPR/Cas9 system, and reduces adverse effects of non-specific cutting on a genome. |
