abstract The invention provides a lentivirus-infected human prostate cancer cell line (PC-3) to knock out endogenous genes, and successfully establish a stable screening cell line. Specifically, FTH-shRNA lentivirus was used to infect PC-3 cell line to silence FTH (ferritin heavy chain) expression, and FTH-knockdown PC-3 cell line was successfully established. The present invention confirms through research that FTH knockdown PC-3 cell line can stably silence FTH expression and passage. Compared with the negative control, the expression level of FTH protein in the PC-3 cell line after knockdown of FTH was significantly decreased, and the cell proliferation and migration abilities were significantly reduced.
