titleOfInvention HEC/PVA interpenetrating network aerogel and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an HEC/PVA interpenetrating network aerogel and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of firstly mixing polyisocyanate with a nano cellulose microcrystalline solution, and stirring to obtain a mixed solution; then mixing the mixed solution with a hydroxyethyl cellulose solution, stirring, and ultrasonically degassing; secondly, freezing and drying the HEC/CNC/polyisocyanate solution to obtain HEC/CNC/polyisocyanate aerogel; finally, soaking HEC/CNC/polyisocyanate aerogel by using a polyvinyl alcohol/glutaraldehyde solution, freezing and drying to obtain HEC/PVA interpenetrating network aerogel; the invention adopts hydroxyethyl cellulose as a matrix material and nano-cellulose microcrystal as a reinforcing framework; crosslinking and reinforcing a large amount of hydroxyl groups of the hydroxyethyl cellulose and the nano cellulose microcrystals by adopting polyisocyanate; cross-linking is carried out through glutaraldehyde to successfully prepare HEC/PVA interpenetrating network aerogel; the method is simple to operate and low in cost, and the mechanical property, the recoverability and the recycling frequency of the prepared HEC/PVA interpenetrating network aerogel are greatly improved.
