titleOfInvention A stretchable transparent conductive hydrogel and its preparation method
abstract The invention discloses a stretchable transparent conductive hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The structure of the conductive hydrogel is a cross-linked polymer network covering a conductive polymer. The cross-linked polymer network can be polyacrylamide (PAAm) or polyacrylic acid (PAA); the conductive polymer is poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrenesulfonic acid (PEDOT:PSS). It is prepared by a three-step synthesis method, including the following steps: freezing the mixed solution of PEDOT:PSS and ethylene glycol to obtain a PEDOT:PSS pre-reaction solution; adding a cross-linked polymer network monomer, an initiator, and a catalyst to the above-mentioned pre-reaction solution and an accelerator, followed by thermal polymerization; finally, the thermal polymerization product is soaked in a sulfuric acid solution to obtain a stretchable transparent conductive hydrogel. The invention can obtain the conductive hydrogel with excellent comprehensive performance, which is specifically characterized by high electrical conductivity, high light transmittance, good stretchability, smooth surface, adjustable shape and thickness, and the like.
