titleOfInvention Preparation method of salt-tolerant zwitterion hydrophobically associative polymer and application in fracturing fluid
abstract The invention provides a preparation method of a salt-tolerant zwitterion hydrophobically associative polymer and its application in fracturing fluid. The preparation method of the hydrophobically associative polymer comprises (1) firstly reacting hexadecylamine and bromohexadecane to obtain an intermediate di-n-hexadecane, and then reacting di-n-hexadecylamine and methacryloyl chloride to obtain a polymerizable (2) carry out photo-initiated polymerization of this monomer with acrylamide, methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid at room temperature , after drying and pulverization, the polymer powder is obtained. It can be directly formulated into a fracturing fluid with a concentration of 0.5% with distilled water, ocean water and formation water. The fracturing fluid has good temperature resistance, salt resistance and shear resistance. The viscosity can be maintained above 50mPa.s after one hour. The preparation method of the invention has the characteristics of low cost, strong environmental protection and convenient manufacture, and has a good application prospect in oil field fracturing fluid and enhanced oil recovery.
