titleOfInvention Preservation method of quebrachitol
abstract The invention provides a method for preserving quebrachitol, which comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving quebrachitol crystal with purity lower than 75% in ethanol solution to obtain quebrachitol ethanol solution; (2) weighing hydroxypropyl cellulose and leucine with the mass ratio of 1 (3-5) and dissolving the hydroxypropyl cellulose and the leucine in an ethanol solution, wherein the total weight of the leucine and the hydroxypropyl cellulose accounts for 15-20% of the weight of the quebracho crystal to obtain a damp-proof mixed solution; (3) mixing the quebrachitol ethanol solution and the damp-proof mixed solution, stirring in a constant-temperature water bath at 50-60 ℃ for 30-50 min, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain an extract; (4) drying the extract at 40-60 ℃ by vacuum microwave until the water content is 0.02-0.08%, and crushing to obtain quebrachitol powder; (5) the quebracho bark alcohol preservation method can realize stable preservation in a powder state under a high-humidity environment, has low loss of the quebracho bark alcohol and ensures the content of effective components of a product.
