The preparation method provided by the invention can recycle the aggregate and cement slurry in the waste concrete, the obtained recycled concrete has good performance, can effectively improve the utilization rate of construction waste resources, reduce the carbon emission, and alleviate the problem to a certain extent. The climate problem of global warming can also release the space occupied by construction waste and save valuable land resources.
