abstract | The invention discloses a compound preparation for improving the survival rate of procambarus clarkii and a using method thereof. The preparation mainly comprises a component A and a component B. Wherein the component A is 30-50% of bacillus and 50-70% of aerobic denitrifying bacteria; the component B comprises 10-15% of group-induction effect quenching agent, 10-15% of synergistic agent, 20-30% of flocculating agent, 10-15% of surfactant and 20-30% of oxygenation agent. The preparation is prepared by using the component B firstly and using the component A after propagation. The preparation can improve the bottom oxidation-reduction potential of the culture environment, reduce the propagation of blue algae and microcystis aeruginosa in culture water, and reduce harmful flora in the bottom environment and harmful algae in the water by applying the synergistic sequence of the component A and the component B based on the principles of group-sensing effect quenching, microbial ecological occupation, microbial matrix competition, microbial metabolite inhibition and the like, thereby basically eliminating the generation of toxic substances such as algal toxin, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite and the like, and further improving the survival rate of cultured procambarus clarkii.
