abstract The invention discloses an aqueous solution, which is an aqueous solution that enables the contained Stromelysin-1 to have good reactivity and storage stability; in particular, Stromelysin-1 and divalent metal ions are added to a buffer solution with water as a solvent. The invention also discloses a standard substance for Stromelysin-1 immune detection, a detection kit using the above-mentioned standard substance, and a detection method thereof. For Stromelysin‑1 immunoassay reagents, standards with good reactivity and storage stability were not available in the past. According to the present invention, a standard product having good reactivity and stability can be provided.
