abstract | The invention provides an early-strength polycarboxylate water reducer for C30 concrete and a preparation method thereof. The polycarboxylate water reducer is prepared from the following components by weight: 342-353 parts of polyether macromonomer with a molecular weight of 4000-4500, 22-27 parts of acrylic acid, 4-8 parts of rigid small monomer, 27.5% 2-5 parts of industrial grade hydrogen peroxide, 3.5-6 parts of unsaturated sulfonate, 2-4 parts of phosphate functional monomer, 0.4-0.6 parts of reducing agent, 1.4-2.4 parts of chain transfer agent, 6-12 parts of neutralizing agent , the remainder is water, the total mass is 1000 parts, the mass fraction of the finished product after preparation is 40%, and the acid-ether ratio control range is 3.9-4.3. The polyether macromonomer used in the present invention is compounded by amine ether and polyether in a mass ratio of 1:6, reasonably introduces amine groups, promotes the complete dissolution of slightly soluble gypsum in water, and accelerates the hydration process of C3A. Promote the formation of ettringite and achieve the effect of early strength. |
