abstract | The invention discloses a four-layer three-machine-head plastic extruder which adopts four-layer plastic feeding and a three-machine-head structure and can synchronously extrude three plastic cup blanks; the servo oil cylinder product thickness regulating structure is adopted, so that the linkage plate and the thickness adjusting screw rod can be stably and smoothly driven to do linear reciprocating motion; each machine head has an independent temperature control function, and the molten plastics of each main flow channel flow into the corresponding core sleeve from the corresponding flow distribution plate through the corresponding machine head, and are extruded and molded from the die structure in time and quickly. In addition, the feeding runners of the flow distribution plates of the inner layer, the inner two layer and the inner three layer all adopt spiral runners, so that a blank is obtained to be distributed on each layer in a good circumference manner, and the feeding runner of the flow distribution plate of the outer layer adopts a heart-shaped runner, so that a product has good appearance; the thick and thin adjusting screw not only functions as an extrusion screw, but also can adjust the position of the slide core through the height and the thickness thereof to realize the thickness of the plastic cup. The plastic extruder is suitable for use with PE, PA, EVOH and other plastic material. |
