titleOfInvention Flotation reagent and flotation separation method of molybdenum, bismuth and sulfur polymetallic sulfide ore
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of mineral separation, in particular to a flotation reagent and a flotation separation method of molybdenum, bismuth and sulfur polymetallic sulfide ore. In the flotation reagent provided by the invention, the composite alkali and sodium thioglycolate in the first component are used as inhibitors, so that pyrite can be inhibited, ethionine and kerosene are used as collectors, molybdenum and bismuth can be collected, and the molybdenum and bismuth can be effectively separated from pyrite; sodium sulfide, sodium sulfite and sodium thioglycolate in the second component are used as inhibitors, wherein the sodium sulfite and the sodium sulfide are mainly used for inhibiting bismuth minerals, the sodium thioglycolate is used for inhibiting pyrite floating up in the mixed floating treatment process of the molybdenum and the bismuth, and kerosene is used as a collecting agent, so that the separation of the molybdenum and the bismuth can be realized. The method adopts a nontoxic and environment-friendly flotation reagent to replace cyanide, can realize green and efficient flotation separation of molybdenum, bismuth and sulfur, solves the problems that the molybdenum, bismuth and sulfur polymetallic sulfide ore is difficult to separate without cyanide, potential safety hazard exists in the use process of the cyanide, environmental pollution is caused, and the like, and is suitable for large-scale production.
