titleOfInvention | Sodium alginate-based inducible bone repair gel and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of biomedical materials, and particularly relates to a sodium alginate-based inducible bone repair gel, and a preparation method and application thereof. The sodium alginate-based inducible bone repair gel is prepared by loading DBM particles in situ on two natural polysaccharides of sodium alginate and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose under the conditions of a cross-linking agent, a slow release agent, a solvent and a certain solid-to-liquid ratio, wherein the sodium alginate accounts for 50-90% of the total mass of the natural polysaccharide raw materials, and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose accounts for 10-50% of the total mass of the natural polysaccharide. According to the invention, sodium alginate and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose are used as base materials, calcium carbonate is used as a cross-linking agent, gluconic acid-delta-lactone is used as a slow release agent, the DBM with good osteoinductivity and osteoconductivity is compounded, and the obtained composite repair material has good biocompatibility, degradability, injectability and plasticity. |
