The glutamine synthase mutant with glufosinate resistance disclosed in the present invention, the amino acid sequence of the glutamine synthase mutant is compared with the reference sequence, and it has one or a combination of the following mutations : (1) The glutamine synthase mutant is mutated to X 1 corresponding to the 59th amino acid position of the reference sequence; wherein, X 1 =A, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, K, P, T, V or Y; (2) the glutamine synthase mutant corresponding to the 296th amino acid position of the reference sequence is mutated to X 2 ; X 2 =A, D, E, G, I, K, M , P, Q, R, S, T, or V. The glutamine synthase mutant has glufosinate-ammonium resistance, and the glutamine synthase mutant can be used for breeding new plant varieties with glufosinate-ammonium resistance. |
