The endophytic fungus of Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodes Rhizome is obtained from the living body of Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodes Rhizome of Atractylodes genus by using the separation and purification technology of endophytic fungi, and the classification name is Mortierella elongata AM478 (Mortierella elongata), and the strain preservation number is CGMCC No. 17781. The invention also discloses the use of the endophytic fungus: it can inhibit the growth of Atractylodes rhizome root rot pathogens, induce systemic disease resistance of Atractylodes rhizome, up-regulate the expression of NBS-LRR disease resistance gene T7N9.24 of Atractylodes rhizome, and reduce the Rot disease index 64.47%.
