The invention discloses a graphene color paste, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of pigment, 15-20 parts of graphene, 10-15 parts of antirust agent, 20-25 parts of auxiliary agent, solvent 200‑300 parts and 40‑60 parts of co-solvent. The present invention adds an appropriate amount of graphene to the color paste to make it dispersed into the paint and is not easy to agglomerate, and at the same time endows the color paste with the properties of graphene. After the color paste is prepared into a paint, the internal defects of the paint are effectively reduced , enhance the mechanical properties, physical barrier ability and anti-corrosion performance of the coating, and can effectively prolong the protection time of the coating on the metal, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion of the metal. |
