abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of an aluminum hydroxide surface modification synergistic halogen-free flame-retardant high-toughness cable sheath material, which comprises the following steps of (1): dissolving polyethylene glycol in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare an ethanol solution; slowly adding the ethanol solution and triphenyl phosphite into the aluminum hydroxide, stirring at a high speed, uniformly mixing, and drying to obtain surface-treated aluminum hydroxide; step (2): and (2) uniformly mixing the surface-treated aluminum hydroxide obtained in the step (1) with high-density polyethylene, maleic anhydride grafted styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer, pentaerythritol, melamine and an antioxidant in a high-speed stirrer, and then melting, blending and granulating in an extruder to obtain a finished product. The invention has simple process, excellent mechanical property and flame retardant property and is environment-friendly. |
