titleOfInvention | Exosome sustained-release polypeptide hydrogel and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a polypeptide hydrogel, which is prepared by mixing self-assembled peptide (SAP) aqueous solution with Exosomes (Exosomes, Exos). The invention also discloses a preparation method and application of the polypeptide hydrogel. The polypeptide hydrogel disclosed by the invention can effectively slow down the release of Exos and prolong the half-life period of the Exos, and the released Exos has activity similar to that of newly separated Exos, so that the HK2 cell injury caused by hypoxia can be effectively reduced, and the recovery of vascular endothelial injury is promoted; the polypeptide hydrogel can effectively reduce acute kidney injury and relieve the occurrence of kidney fibrosis by reducing the apoptosis of kidney cells, inflammatory factors, the expression level of a kidney injury marker protein-neutrophil gelatinase-associated apolipoprotein (NGAL) and the synthesis and secretion of kidney extracellular matrix (ECM), and has good clinical application prospect. |
