titleOfInvention Magnetic nitrogen-doped biochar catalyst based on sludge and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a magnetic nitrogen-doped biochar catalyst based on sludge and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of sludge resource utilization and the field of environmental remediation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of ultrasonically mixing concentrated sludge produced by urban domestic sewage treatment plants, papermaking sewage treatment plants or industrial park sewage treatment plants, a certain amount of nitrogen-rich compounds and biomass wastes, drying, ball-milling, placing raw materials into a crucible, covering and sealing, and roasting at high temperature in a muffle furnace to finally prepare the magnetic nitrogen-doped biochar catalyst which has high catalytic activity, high stability and easy separation and recovery. The catalyst can be coupled with an oxidant, namely Peroxymonosulfate (PMS), so that the nondegradable organic pollutants in a mineralized water body can be efficiently degraded and even mineralized. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of wide raw material source, mild reaction conditions, low preparation cost, environmental protection and the like, not only recycles the sludge and biomass wastes which are difficult to treat in a sewage treatment plant, but also solves the problem of pollution of organic matters which are difficult to degrade in water, and has wide application prospect in the fields of sludge resource utilization and environmental remediation.
