titleOfInvention Method for degrading organic dye in water by using molybdenum disulfide and ferrous iron activated persulfate
abstract A method for degrading organic dyes in water by molybdenum disulfide in cooperation with ferrous iron activated persulfate, the method comprising the following steps: adding molybdenum disulfide into ultrapure water, performing ultrasonic treatment at 15-25 ℃, adding organic dye wastewater, uniformly mixing, adding ferrous iron, adjusting the pH value to be 2-4, adding persulfate to obtain a reaction system, stirring at normal temperature, and degrading; the method has the advantages of low consumption of molybdenum disulfide, repeated utilization and no secondary pollution, and compared with the method of singly using ferrous iron to activate persulfate, the method has the advantages of lower consumption of ferrous iron, greatly shortened reaction time, and great saving of manpower, material resources and financial resources, and the system has a wide pH value application range and a best activation effect under the condition that the pH value is 3.
