titleOfInvention | Gradient full-information thin-layer identification method for pomegranate bark medicinal material |
abstract | The invention relates to a gradient full-information thin-layer identification method for a pomegranate bark medicinal material. The method is characterized in that: a test sample and a reference medicinal material solution are obtained by a simple and quick pretreatment method, and about seventeen components of the pomegranate bark medicinal material are inspected on 3 thin-layer plates by adopting the same test sample solution and 3 developing agents with different polarities under various inspection conditions. The components are crossed with each other, but do not interfere with each other under the respective inspection conditions, and clear color spots or fluorescent spots can be shown. The thin-layer gradient identification is completed by 0.5g of each of the medicinal materials and the reference medicinal materials, 4ml of extraction solvent and 40ml of developing solvent for 1 hour. Simple, convenient, quick and efficient, and is not available in the reported methods at present. Provides a method for multi-information quick quality supervision of pomegranate rind, and the new identification characteristic points developed by the alkaline developing agent are reported for the first time. |
