titleOfInvention Cassia twig polyphenol with intestinal cancer cell proliferation inhibiting activity and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses cassia twig polyphenol with activity of inhibiting intestinal cancer cell proliferation and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: pulverizing ramulus Cinnamomi, sieving to obtain ramulus Cinnamomi powder, adding ramulus Cinnamomi powder into ethanol solution, mixing, heating, and extracting to obtain extractive solution; centrifuging the extractive solution, collecting supernatant, filtering to obtain filtrate, concentrating, and freeze drying to obtain lyophilized powder; adding the freeze-dried powder into water, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution, adding macroporous resin into the mixed solution, performing adsorption treatment, performing suction filtration to obtain filter residue, adding the filter residue into an ethanol solution, and performing desorption treatment to obtain a desorption solution; and (3) carrying out suction filtration on the desorption solution, taking the filtrate, concentrating, and freeze-drying to obtain the cassia twig polyphenol capable of inhibiting the proliferation of the intestinal cancer cells. The cassia twig extract provided by the invention has the activity of inhibiting the proliferation of human colon cancer cells SW620, can be used for developing a medicament for treating colon cancer, and provides experimental basis and scientific basis for the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicines and the application of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicines to the research of clinical antitumor medicaments.
