abstract |
The present invention provides a terminal material using a copper or copper alloy base material as a connector terminal crimped to an end of an electric wire made of an aluminum wire without generating electrical corrosion, and a terminal using the same. A zinc layer (4) composed of zinc or a zinc alloy and a tin layer (5) composed of tin or a tin alloy are sequentially laminated on a base material (2) composed of copper or a copper alloy. The adhesion amount of tin contained in the whole is 0.5 mg/cm 2 or more and 7.0 mg/cm 2 or less, the adhesion amount of zinc is 0.07 mg/cm 2 or more and 2.0 mg/cm 2 or less, and the zinc content in the vicinity of the surface is 0.2 mass % or more and 10.0 mass % or less. |
