titleOfInvention | Catalyst, preparation method thereof and application thereof in olefin isomerization reaction |
abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a catalyst and application of the catalyst in the field of olefin isomerization. The method adopts a novel metal loaded by ionic liquid with a tetranuclear structure as a catalyst to catalyze olefin double bond isomerization, and the ionic liquid structure is n is 3 or 4, X ‑ Is Cl ‑ ,H 2 PO 4 ‑ ,HSO 4 ‑ ,CF 3 SO 3 ‑ ,CF 3 COO ‑ Preferably Cl ‑ ,HSO 4 ‑ ,CF 3 SO 3 ‑ The loaded metal is one or more of magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, scandium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper and zinc. The catalyst can be used for isomerization reaction of C4-C20 straight-chain or branched-chain internal olefin or terminal olefin. The catalyst can realize double bond isomerization of olefin under the conditions of low temperature, low pressure and mild condition, and has stable activity and long service life. |
