abstract The invention relates to an oxygen self-sufficient targeted nano photodynamic therapy system, which comprises a liposome loaded with Pt nanoparticles and a photosensitizer verteporfin and a macrophage membrane, wherein the liposome and the macrophage membrane are hybridized to form a hybrid membrane. The invention also relates to a preparation method and application of the oxygen self-sufficient targeted nano photodynamic therapy system, liposome nanoparticles loaded with Pt nanoparticles and photosensitizer verteporfin are successfully synthesized by an improved reverse evaporation method, and the hybridization of liposome and macrophage membrane is realized by a freeze-thaw method, so that the liposome has the characteristic of targeting tumors. The obtained nano liposome has regular shape, uniform particle size and high encapsulation rate, and organically combines photodynamic therapy and chemotherapy together to realize the effect of inhibiting tumor cells by combining the photodynamic therapy and the chemotherapy.
