abstract |
The invention discloses a method for successfully synthesizing a nano-preparation for tumor combined therapy through a strategy of biomimetic simulation of Gd:CuS mineralization of Sendai virus (SeV@Gd:CuS). Including 1) preparation of CuCl 2 ·2H 2 O aqueous solution; 2) preparation of GdCl 3 ·6H 2 O aqueous solution; 3) one-pot synthesis of SeV@Gd:CuS nanoparticles. The Sendai virus has a complex structure, which can activate the body's immune function systemically, causing all-round killing and removal of tumors. SeV@Gd:CuS nanoparticles have remarkable T1-weighted magnetic resonance/photoacoustic dual-mode imaging ability, high photothermal conversion efficiency under near-infrared laser irradiation, can efficiently guide subsequent tumor photothermal therapy, and have excellent biological Compatibility, no side effects. |
