The invention provides a preparation method of recombinant expression chitosanase CsnF in pichia pastoris and a fermentation process of recombinant bacteria, wherein the enzyme activity of a fermentation solution is up to 376.6U/mL, and the purification method of the chitosanase CsnF is provided, the purity is more than 95%, and the recovery rate is up to 92.2%. The chitosanase CsnF disclosed by the invention is good in stability, the main degradation products are chitobiose and chitotriose, and the chitosanase CsnF has good industrial application potential. |
