titleOfInvention | Germanate infrared transmitting glass and preparation method thereof |
abstract | Hair brushThe germanate infrared transmitting glass is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5-45% GeO 2 ,15‑30%Al 2 O 3 ,5‑35%CaO,0‑5%SrO,1‑15%BaO,1‑5%BaF 2 ,0‑5%Bi 2 O 3 ,1‑5%TiO 2 ,6‑16%La 2 O 3 ,1‑20%Gd 2 O 3 . The invention also provides a preparation method of the germanate infrared transmitting glass, which comprises the following steps: glass batching: before proportioning, carrying out high-temperature firing dehydration treatment on the glass raw material, and then weighing each raw material according to the weight percentage of each component; melting glass: putting the mixture into a platinum crucible, and then putting the platinum crucible into a glass melting furnace at 1400-1600 ℃ to heat for 1-3 hours; and (3) quenching and forming: and after the glass is uniformly melted, pouring the melted glass liquid into a preheated mold to be cast into a specified specification, then putting the mold into an annealing furnace for annealing treatment, then cooling the mold to room temperature along with the annealing furnace, and cooling the mold to obtain the germanate infrared-transmitting glass material. The preparation method is simple, and the prepared germanate infrared transmitting glass has excellent performance. |
