titleOfInvention | Oxygen-producing molecule, oxygen-producing photosensitizer nano reactor, and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of photodynamic therapy, and discloses an oxygen-producing molecule, an oxygen-producing photosensitizer nano reactor, a preparation method and application thereof. The structure of the oxygen generating molecule contains-COOOOC-group, the oxygen generating molecule and photosensitizer are dissolved in organic solvent, nano particles are assembled by a nano precipitation method or a micro-fluidic method, and finally the organic solvent is removed to obtain the oxygen generating photosensitizer nano reactor. The oxygen-oxygen bond of the oxygen-generating molecule is broken under the heated condition to generate oxygen, so that the oxygen can be provided for photodynamic therapy. In the oxygen-producing photosensitizer nano reactor system, the heat generated by illumination can make the oxygen-producing photosensitizer nano reactor dissociate to generate oxygen, so that the tumor hypoxia problem caused by various factors can be solved, and the photodynamic therapy effect can be enhanced. The invention not only solves the problem of insufficient oxygen in radiotherapy, chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy, but also solves the problem of low singlet oxygen production efficiency caused by the heat production effect of the traditional photosensitizer, and is suitable for loading commercial traditional photosensitizer. |
