titleOfInvention A pure white light organic electroluminescent device with high efficiency and high color rendering index and preparation method thereof
abstract A pure white light organic electroluminescent device with high efficiency and high color rendering index and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of organic semiconductor light-emitting devices. From bottom to top, the device consists of a transparent substrate, an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an exciton blocking layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode. The light-emitting layer has a three-layer structure. The top order is a red phosphorescent layer, a spacer layer and an undoped blue phosphorescent layer; the red phosphorescent layer is composed of a green thermally activated delayed fluorescent host material doped with a red phosphorescent guest material. In the present invention, aggregation-induced luminescent material with excellent performance is selected as the blue light layer, high-efficiency thermally activated delayed fluorescent material is used as the main body of the green light layer and the red phosphorescent material, and the device structure and manufacturing process are prepared by utilizing the incomplete energy transfer between the host and the guest. Simple, low-cost, high-efficiency, high-color rendering index pure white organic electroluminescent devices are beneficial to commercial applications.
