The layer includes a water vapor barrier material and a co-doped π-conjugated conductive polymer material, and the water vapor barrier material is any one or a mixture of silicone resin, organic titanium resin and organic zirconium resin, and the co- The doped π-conjugated conductive polymer material is one or a mixture of sulfo-doped polypyrrole, polythiophene and polyaniline conductive polymers, and the protective layer is added with a conductivity promoting agent. The water vapor blocking material can not only protect the perovskite layer from water vapor, but also reduce the corrosion of the perovskite layer to the top electrode, and the co-doped π-conjugated conductive polymer material can improve the conductivity of the water vapor blocking material.
