abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a paper-based carbon electrode with a laminated structure, which comprises the following steps: 1) soaking the waste paper in a composite catalyst solution, taking out the waste paper after soaking, and drying; 2) dispersing an activator and a carbon material in a water-soluble thermosetting resin to obtain an activator-carbon material-water-soluble thermosetting resin mixed solution; 3) soaking the waste paper soaked with the composite catalyst in an activating agent-carbon material-water-soluble thermosetting resin mixed solution, taking out after soaking, and drying; 4) superposing the dried waste paper layer by layer, and carrying out hot-press gluing to obtain a paper base-resin composite material; 5) and placing the paper-based-resin composite material in a clamping plate, sintering, cooling and washing to obtain the paper-based layered electrode material. The paper-based carbon electrode prepared by the method has an obvious layered structure macroscopically and a three-dimensional network structure microscopically. The composite carbon electrode with the layered structure prepared by the method is used as an electrode material of a super capacitor, and higher specific capacitance can be obtained. |
