titleOfInvention Enterovirus Rapid Labeling and Tracing Method Based on Aggregation-Induced Luminescent Molecules
abstract The invention relates to a rapid labeling and tracing method for enteroviruses based on aggregation-induced luminescent molecules. In the method, aggregation-induced luminescent molecules are used as fluorescent markers, and the aggregation-induced luminescent molecules are labeled with enteroviruses through electrostatic interaction. Through the laser confocal imaging analysis system, the whole process of infection process of enterovirus infecting host cells can be traced. The labeling method is simple and efficient, has little impact on virus activity, and can fully reflect the dynamic infection behavior of the virus population in a single cell. Combining the excellent optical properties of aggregation-induced luminescent molecules, we have established a multi-target, real-time, long-term enterovirus tracking method, which provides a powerful way to study the infection mechanism of enteroviruses globally and efficiently.
