PCR-RFLP identification method of Armillaria gallica |
abstract |
The invention discloses a PCR-RFLP identification method of Armillaria gallica. The present invention provides a primer pair for identifying or assisting in identifying whether Armillaria to be tested is A-type Armillaria or B-type Armillaria, which is designed by a method comprising the following steps: combining SEQ ID No. 5 with SEQ ID No. 5 ID No.6 performs sequence alignment to obtain a DNA alignment sequence matrix; then design upstream primers according to the conserved region before the 550th nucleotide in the DNA alignment sequence matrix, according to the DNA alignment sequence matrix A downstream primer is designed for the conserved region after nucleotide 555; the upstream primer and the downstream primer constitute the primer pair. The method of the invention can effectively identify A-type Armillaria and B-type Armillaria. The invention provides a fast and objective detection method for identification of commercially available strains, and lays a foundation for the efficient utilization of Armillaria gallica in cultivation and production. |
