abstract | The embodiment of the invention provides an appearance piece with a super-hydrophobic and oleophobic coating, which comprises an appearance piece body and the super-hydrophobic and oleophobic coating formed on the appearance piece body, wherein the super-hydrophobic and oleophobic coating is a porous coating which is formed by epoxy resin and at least two hydrophobic particles with different surface energies and has a micro-nano structure, the hydrophobic particles with different surface energies comprise first hydrophobic particles and second hydrophobic particles, the first hydrophobic particles comprise silica particles, zinc oxide particles or tin oxide particles which are jointly modified by silane coupling agents and fluorosilanes, the second hydrophobic particles comprise silica particles, zinc oxide particles or tin oxide particles which are modified by second hydrophobic groups, and the second hydrophobic groups comprise alkyl groups, alkoxy groups, silyl groups or fluorosilane groups. The super-hydrophobic and oleophobic coating has excellent super-amphiphobic and stain-resistant effects and strong mechanical wear resistance. The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method and a terminal of the appearance piece with the super-hydrophobic and oleophobic coating. |
