Visualization of Gd:CuS Mineralized Influenza Virus-Guided Synthesis of Tumor Combination Immunotherapy Nanoformulations. The invention discloses a method for successfully synthesizing a nano-preparation for tumor combined therapy through the strategy of Gd:CuS mineralization influenza virus (Flu@Gd:CuS) biomimetic simulation. The main steps include: 1) preparation of an aqueous solution of CuCl 2 ·2H 2 O; 2) Preparation of GdCl 3 ·6H 2 O aqueous solution; 3) One-pot synthesis of Flu@Gd:CuS nanoparticles. Influenza virus has a complex structure, which can activate the body's immune function systemically, causing all-round killing and removal of tumors. Flu@Gd:CuS nanoparticles have remarkable T1-weighted magnetic resonance/photoacoustic dual-mode imaging capability, high photothermal conversion efficiency under near-infrared laser irradiation, can efficiently guide subsequent tumor photothermal therapy, and have excellent biological Compatibility, no side effects. |
