abstract | The invention relates to a method for measuring lung surfactant protein and application thereof, in particular to an electrophoresis technology and a method for directly measuring lung surfactant related protein SP-A, SP-B, SP-C, SP-D in samples such as a lung surfactant preparation (or a lung function research sample) of a mammal, a starting material thereof, a preparation process intermediate and the like without separation preparation or immunoassay technologies such as antibody antigen and the like, wherein an ionic surfactant (SDS) and a strong reducing agent (dithiothreitol) are used for treating the sample by a unique method such as high-temperature and high-speed centrifugation, a proper preformed gel is selected, and clear strips are obtained by electrophoretic separation and are identified and determined to be SP-A, SP-B, SP-C, SP-D respectively. The method does not need to separate the pulmonary surfactant-associated protein from the phospholipid, has short test period and simple and controllable flow, avoids using high-pollution reagents, avoids losing protein components, has more visual and reliable results, and improves the accuracy and precision of the measurement result. |
