titleOfInvention | Low-thermal-conductivity wide-temperature-range long-service-life vacuum heat-insulating material |
abstract | The invention provides a low-thermal-conductivity wide-temperature-range long-life vacuum heat-insulating material which is sequentially provided with a core material, a vacuum film layer and a protective layer from inside to outside; the core material is composed of superfine glass fiber, aerogel, an opacifier, a reflecting agent and a phase-change material, and the core material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-85 parts of superfine glass fiber, 11-15 parts of aerogel, 2-8 parts of opacifier, 1-5 parts of reflecting agent and 0.1-25 parts of phase-change material. The thermal conductivity coefficient of the material is 1.0-1.5 mW/m.K, and the material has absolute advantages compared with the conventional 2.0-2.5 mW/m.K. In addition, four groups of edge sealing structures are arranged, so that the edge sealing defect caused by common packaging is overcome, and the requirements of the heat-insulating material in the field of wide temperature ranges can be met. Meanwhile, the heat insulating material is applied to the fields of buildings and white household appliances, the service life of the product is greatly prolonged, and huge economic and social benefits can be generated. |
