titleOfInvention | Method for preparing lead oxide powder by utilizing waste lead paste through ultrasonic spray roasting |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing lead oxide powder by utilizing waste lead paste through ultrasonic spray roasting, and relates to the technical field of resource recycling of waste lead-acid storage batteries. Comprises the steps of lead salt solution preparation and ultrasonic spray roasting. Desulfurizing the waste lead plaster in alkali liquor to obtain desulfurized lead plaster, and leaching the desulfurized lead plaster by using a mixed solution of organic acid and a reducing agent to obtain a lead salt solution; carrying out ultrasonic spraying on the lead salt solution to obtain mist-shaped liquid drops, introducing the mist-shaped liquid drops into a tubular furnace, and roasting in a non-reducing atmosphere; collecting lead oxide powder generated by roasting through filter cloth, and absorbing tail gas generated in the roasting process by tail gas absorption liquid; and before the ultrasonic spraying and in the whole roasting process, exhausting the air from the sealed bottle body containing the tail gas absorption liquid. The method has the advantages of simple process flow, lead recovery rate of more than 96 percent, no outward discharge of leachate, uniform appearance of the prepared lead oxide product and particle size of 0.5-2 mu m. |
