titleOfInvention | Method for specifically detecting polypeptide drug based on elimination of intermolecular disulfide bond interference |
abstract | The invention provides a method for specifically detecting polypeptide drugs based on elimination of intermolecular disulfide bond interference. The method comprises the steps of adding stearic acid imide to block free sulfydryl in a polypeptide sample, and then adding sodium polyethoxylate to block intermolecular disulfide bonds in the polypeptide, so that interference caused in the process of detecting the polypeptide is avoided. The method is simple and effective, and has high detection sensitivity and accuracy, thereby having good cost benefit. |
