The polymorphism detection primer set for psychotropic drug-related genes includes: respectively used for amplifying 15 psychotropic drugs At least one of the 20 primer pairs of the 62 polymorphic sites of the related gene, the nucleotide sequences of the upstream and downstream primers of the 20 primer pairs are respectively shown in SEQ ID NO.1-40. When the polymorphism detection primer set of psychotropic drug-related genes is used for polymorphism detection of psychotropic drug-related genes, any one or more of the 62 polymorphism loci of 15 psychotropic drug-related genes can be detected. Polymorphism detection can effectively shorten the detection time.
