The method is carried out as follows: (1) raising the substrate concentration to 20-35% by a fed-batch mode; (2) adding cellulase to (1) to an enzyme load of 0.1-3 FPU/g; (3) the compound surfactant assists the enzymolysis process, and the concentration of fermentable sugar is up to 150-230g/L after enzymolysis is carried out for 24-96h at 50 ℃. The invention firstly proposes that the cellulose enzymolysis is carried out under the conditions of low enzyme loading and surfactant compounding, so that the fermentable sugar yield is high, the production process is simple, the production cost is greatly reduced, and the method is a feasible method for producing sugar by utilizing the agricultural and forestry biomass raw material thick mash enzymolysis. |
