The yields of MK-7 produced by shake flask fermentation of finally obtained Bacillus subtilis recombinant bacteria BS19 and BS20 are respectively as high as 170mg/L and 360mg/L, which are 17.89 times and 37.89 times of Bacillus subtilis 168.
