titleOfInvention | Near-infrared quantum dot probe for tracing brain glioma |
abstract | The invention provides a near-infrared quantum dot probe traced by brain glioma, which is prepared by taking carboxylated poloxamer, cyclic glycyl-arginyl-glycyl-aspartyl-asparaginyl-proline short peptide and grafted poloxamer as materials, wrapping near-infrared quantum dots and cysteine-alanine-glutamine-lysine tetrapeptide, and self-assembling the materials in an aqueous solution to form nano micelles so as to form a solution of the near-infrared quantum dot probe specifically combined with integrin alpha v beta 3 overexpressed by brain glioma cells. The near-infrared quantum dot probe has the characteristics of uniform particle size, high stability, good tumor targeting property and strong tissue penetrability, and can open the blood brain barrier by combining the reversibility of an ultrasonic targeted microbubble explosion technology, thereby realizing high-efficiency, targeted and specific brain glioma tracing. |
