abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a self-cleaning polymer porous membrane with a surface grafted mixed polymer brush, which comprises the steps of introducing carboxyl functional groups on the surface of the polymer porous membrane, and then adopting a cosolvent method to graft oleophobic oligomer containing terminal hydroxyl and hydrophilic oligomer containing terminal hydroxyl on the surface of the polymer porous membrane through esterification reaction. According to the invention, the molecular weight and structure of each brush segment of the mixed polymer brush grafted on the surface of the polymer porous membrane can be controlled by regulating and controlling the used oleophobic oligomer and hydrophilic oligomer, so that the surface of the mixed polymer brush presents unique oleophobic-hydrophilic wetting property, and the solid/oil interface is easily replaced by the solid/water interface to cause oil stain separation, thus the surface of the modified polymer porous membrane can be self-cleaned by simple water washing. |
