abstract | The invention discloses a bionic micro-nano laminated hydrophobic biological valve and a preparation method thereof, wherein the hydrophobic biological valve is constructed by a bionic micro-nano laminated composite network structure on the surface of a cross-linked and fixed pericardium in a layer-by-layer laminating mode, so that the contact angle of the surface of the valve is 90-145 degrees. The bionic micro-nano laminated composite lamination layer on the surface of the valve is 1-5 layers, wherein the first layer constructs a hydrophobic network topology basic skeleton on the surface and in the valve; the second layer to the fifth layer form a stable network topology distribution required for hydrophobicity. The hydrophobic biological valve provided by the invention has obvious anticoagulation and anti-adhesion properties, and can effectively reduce the formation of thrombus and calcified spots; meanwhile, the multilayer structure of the composite membrane is a hydrophobic high-molecular polymer mixed crosslinking membrane layer from inside to outside, so that the formed hydrophobic structure has long-term stability in an in vivo blood environment. |
