The invention discloses oligomeric guluronic acid as an inhibitor of at least any one of total Tau protein expression, Tau protein hyperphosphorylation and endoplasmic reticulum stress activity and application in preparing medicine. The invention discloses that oligomeric guluronic acid has the functions of effectively inhibiting the expression level of total Tau, Tau protein phosphorylation and endoplasmic reticulum stress activity, thereby preventing the pathological process of tau protein disease. Uronic acid is non-toxic, so oligomeric guluronic acid can be used as an anti-tauopathic drug for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. |
